As a Managed Print Services Technical Engineer at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various imaging and printing devices across Bali's diverse locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of imaging and printing devices, including multifunction printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for imaging and printing devices, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Work closely with clients to understand their imaging and printing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of imaging and printing devices, ensuring they meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in imaging and printing technology, and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain imaging and printing devices.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in on-call support to address critical issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in imaging and printing solutions, with a strong background in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Certifications in imaging and printing technologies, such as HP, Canon, or Xerox, are a plus.
• Proficiency in using imaging and printing management software, such as HP PageWide, Canon iR-ADV, or Xerox WorkCentre.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bali's local business environment and culture is a plus.
