In this role, you will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to manage inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will also collaborate with our finance team to manage cash flow and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end Inquiry-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to expand our global market reach.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with international buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Lead and mentor the export marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Report to the management on the performance of the export marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing export marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with logistics management software such as SAP GTS or Oracle Transportation Management.
