📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple RBX Rice in a Box stores, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 store managers, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the central office to develop and implement operational plans and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.
• Represent RBX Rice in a Box at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as best practices in restaurant operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the RBX Rice in a Box brand and its products would be a plus.
