📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lectures on various topics in psychology, using a mix of theoretical and practical approaches.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences, such as case studies, group discussions, and workshops.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational and professional journeys.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessment tools.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the quality of teaching and learning at the campus.
• Participate in faculty development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of psychology, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, preferably with a focus on teaching or academic advising.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or academic advising in a higher education setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methods, and best practices in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with learning management systems, such as Moodle or Blackboard, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive campus environment.
