📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect overdue loan payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Document all collection activities and customer interactions using Home Credit's collection software.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with Home Credit's collection policies and procedures.
• Report on collection activities and performance metrics to the team leader.
• Assist in training and mentoring new collection officers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collection software and tools used by Home Credit.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
