📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs and support personnel.
• Plan and organize kitchen schedules, inventory, and menu development.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and certifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen operations in a high-volume environment.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar).
• Experience with kitchen management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
