📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for our restaurant network, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Process and verify vendor invoices, customer receipts, and bank statements using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to reconcile daily sales and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial reports for management review
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers to ensure timely payments and collections
• Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices in the hospitality industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in the F&B industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Valid work permit for Indonesia
