📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule and prioritize work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Perform diagnostic tests using tools such as scan tools, diagnostic software, and specialized equipment.
• Lead and train junior mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement workshop improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in 4-wheel vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and software such as scan tools, diagnostic software, and specialized equipment.
• Certification in automotive repair and maintenance (e.g., ASE, SNI, or equivalent).
