📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing technical solutions for industrial clients.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on new technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client operations run smoothly.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to offer innovative solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and manuals.
• Participate in sales meetings and events to promote technical solutions and build client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industrial processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with technical sales tools and software, such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Certification in industrial engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
