As a Key Account / Sales Manager, you'll manage and develop key accounts, driving sales and market share growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key accounts in modern retail channels, baby shops, and other key accounts.
• Drive sales growth and market share expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Ensure products are well-positioned and available in the market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, promotions, and other marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of modern retail channels and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
