📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure all guest rooms are ready for new guests upon check-out.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel policies.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues to the front desk or maintenance team.
- Assist in restocking and organizing cleaning supplies.
- Follow housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and clean criminal record.
