📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver hands-on training sessions in AutoCAD and mechanical engineering principles to students and professionals.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help participants achieve their learning objectives.
• Create and update customized training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AutoCAD software and mechanical engineering.
• Collaborate with Flashcom Indonesia's team to design and implement effective training programs.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and delivery of workshops and seminars on AutoCAD and mechanical engineering topics.
• Promote Flashcom Indonesia's training services and build relationships with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Mechanical Engineering Trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Certification in AutoCAD or a related software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Bali region and its training centers is a plus.
