LTO Liaison Staff

Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to handle all aspects of vehicle registration and renewal.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire vehicle registration and renewal process, from initial client inquiries to final documentation. You'll work with various stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate vehicle registration and renewal processes for clients.
• Assist clients with the submission of required documents and forms to the LTO.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and complete before submission.
• Track and follow up on the status of vehicle registration and renewal applications.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
• Work closely with the LTO and other government agencies to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle registration and renewal activities.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a vehicle registration or government agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle registration and renewal processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
