Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions and manuals,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and guides for our customers,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of the food and beverage industry is a plus
