📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure that technical documentation is considered from the outset.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience working with Agile development methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
