In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the retail industry.
