📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on workplace learning.,Proven track record of success in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
