📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
