📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.,Handle employee benefits administration, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.,Prepare and submit tax reports and other regulatory filings on time and accurately.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers regarding payroll-related queries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
