In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing sustainability initiatives across our tropical oils operations, including palm and coconut. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and develop sustainability strategies and programs for tropical oils operations.,Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including deforestation-free, sustainable land use, and responsible sourcing.,Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into business operations and decision-making.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability.,Provide leadership and guidance to the sustainability team, including mentoring and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of leading and implementing sustainability initiatives in the agricultural sector.,Strong understanding of international sustainability standards and regulations, including RSPO, SFI, and SMETA.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
