Hi-P Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our FATP (Final Assembly and Test Process) operations to enhance productivity and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the FATP operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Analyze and optimize production lines, equipment, and processes to improve productivity and quality.,Develop and implement productivity improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the FATP operations.,Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.,Proficient in using industrial engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with FATP operations and automotive manufacturing processes is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
