📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including scheduling, performance tracking, and coaching.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed, and that our sales team is trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales team has the resources and support they need to be successful.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations, and provide input and feedback as needed.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
