📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process healthcare claims using the PhilHealth system and other relevant software
- Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of healthcare services
- Assist in the coordination of healthcare services with our clients and their healthcare providers
- Maintain and update client records and healthcare documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their families
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our healthcare administration processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and best practices
- Assist in the training and development of new PhilHealth staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Familiarity with the PhilHealth system and other healthcare management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Healthcare Administration or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
