📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial data.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Implement and maintain financial compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and enforce training programs to educate employees on financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to detect and prevent fraud or non-compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial compliance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Indonesia's reporting requirements and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial compliance or regulatory reporting is a plus.
