📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations,Support the operations team in managing inventory and supplies,Assist in the development of operational procedures and protocols,Support the operations team in managing vendor relationships,Assist in the development of operational reports and dashboards,Support the operations team in managing customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in the development of operational training programs,Support the operations team in managing operational budgets and expenses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other operational software,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and grow in the operations field
