📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls, cargo operations, and crew management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other operational expenses.,Participate in regular briefings and meetings to discuss operational challenges and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage) and STCW certification.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote communication tools.
