📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate with management to understand HR needs and provide solutions,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
