Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest visits,Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments,Handle and process mail and packages,Provide information about the facility and its services,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds as needed🛠️ Keahlian
