📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize logistics operations at the Buroh Lane hub, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced software and tools such as SAP, JDA, and other logistics management systems to monitor and analyze supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, with a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes using advanced software and tools.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the contract.
