📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and recognition for their contributions.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Monitor department budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address challenges and opportunities.,Ensure that all department activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department and the company at internal and external events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of business operations and a strategic mindset.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
