Sumber Gita Geprek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all activities are coordinated and aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, working proactively to find solutions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the department operates in a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
