📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
