📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring timely restocking of products.,Participate in sales promotions, product launches, and other marketing events.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team and individual goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
