📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
