📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.,Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and execute high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with baking and pastry techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
