📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards for maintenance and safety.
