📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Managing the workforce and ensuring that all employees are performing at their best
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensuring that all operations are in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
