📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including driver management, route planning, and vehicle allocation.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for the fleet.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including utilization rates, maintenance costs, and any issues encountered.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with the necessary tools and documentation for safe and efficient operation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
